In preparation for your sleep study diagnostic, we offer a detailed series of instructions and suggestions to make your experience at the Eastlake Sleep Center as comfortable and productive as possible.
You can begin the process of diagnosing potential sleep disorders by answering the following questionnaire identifying your symptoms. After filling out the questionnaire, please remember to bring it with you to your consultation so a trained sleep technician can review it.
